Noche Criolla

Warm and quiet night in Veracruz
coos fishermen singing sea.
Vibration fireflies with their light
darkness embroidered with sequins
sequin embroidered darkness.

Tropical night, languid and sensual
night collapses on the sand
while singing the beach his useless trouble.
Tropical night sky tissue
You look a shadow of a Creole
nights of Veracruz, Veracruz nights.

The Mark of Zorro was produced by Fairbanks for his own production company, Douglas Fairbanks Pictures Corporation, and was the first film released through United Artists.

United Artists was incorporated as a joint venture on February 5, 1919, by four of the leading figures in early Hollywood: Mary Pickford, Charles Chaplin, Douglas Fairbanks, and D. W. Griffith. Each held a 20% stake, with the remaining 20% held by lawyer William Gibbs McAdoo.
